Sparsha is a non-profit, rural development and voluntary organization in India, based out of Tadipatri, a town and municipality in the Anantapur district of Tadipatri. The Founder and Chairman, JC Ashmit Reddy, started Sparsha with the dream of building a strong rural society with equal opportunities and possibilities for everyone. This drives Sparsha’s mission to strengthen community-led development initiatives to achieve social, economic, and environmental change across rural India.

Understanding that rural development does not stop with alleviating poverty, Sparsha focusses on addressing key problems with bigger impact on the lives of people – cleanliness, nutrition, education, child rights and women empowerment. In the last several years, Sparsha has implemented many social activities, working with and through the Tadipatri municipality

It is not enough to provide services and not have the residents be involved in their own upliftment. Sparsha also provides people with knowledge, skills, and confidence to become informed active self-advocates for the development of their communities.. The work done touches the lives of people, irrespective of age, gender, caste or religion.
